Sending score through LTI to gradebook broken #896

Sending score through LTI does not work anymore

@torinfo although you obviously opened this in 2020 so it's old I think there is an issue with at least some current combinations. The trouble is there are so many potential variations in Moodle versions, Xerte versions and Tsugi versions that it's difficult to pinpoint exactly where the cause or causes lie. I certainly have combinations that did work but no longer do i.e. no longer get grades but did previously.
