readme: reorganize, formatting, and add some feature info #48

I was updating my mister today and was having a hard time finding info on a couple of the options, and realized the info was in your changelog and not the readme, so i thought maybe i'll do a once-over of the readme for you and if you like it, you can use it, or at least reference it if you'd like to improve your own readme.
