Allow QNR to have a page per party where it shows all the mayors/councillors elected for that party #14

Manfred has said that he would like to be able to display party pages on Quien Nos Representa so that users can find out which mayors and councillors have been elected from a certain party - and the regions those people are elected in (assuming that some parties have cross regional members)

On the page for a Party, how should the people be grouped? By canton? By post (i.e. all the Mayors separately from all the Councillors)? Plain alphabetical? …?

(NB: The page for the first few People I've looked at doesn't currently show any Party information — e.g. https://theyworkforyou.github.io/tusrepresentanteslocales/alcades/505.html // https://theyworkforyou.github.io/tusrepresentanteslocales/alcades/396.html) — I'm assuming that's just an oversight in the template, and the data does actually exist already?)

Ah, yes the party information is definitely on the YNR site (http://tusrepresentanteslocales.co.cr/person/505/norman-eduardo-hidalgo-gamboa)

I'll check how he wants the people displayed. Is there anything else that would be good to know for this?

On the page for a party Accessa are expecting people to want to search by party and then see all the people elected from that party and grouped by area they were elected in. They have parties that cover many cantons.
