Have a similar problem to #123. GPick is probing cursor color instead of an underlying window. Thought it could be related to dual screen setup, but issue occurs also without the second monitor attached.
My system specifications: Arch Linux , nvidia gtx970 (Driver Version: 384.59), gnome-shell 3.24.3, gtk3 3.22.18,xorg-server 1.19.3
