In my continued voracious consumption of randomizer seeds, I discovered in my latest one that a weird interaction happens if you enter Tower of the Goddess for the first time through the Tower of the Goddess pipe. (It happened when the pipe connected to the Ruin exit for me, but I assume it could also happen at the Illusion exit.) The music starts up while the area is still dark, and the echo effect continues to apply to all sound effects even once the lights come on, which could get pretty annoying (although I mostly just found it funny). It finally turns off if you save and load or exit the area. No idea if this is something that can be fixed without exe patching, but considering the wizardry you've managed thus far with only script file modding, I don't discount the possibility.
