Hiya,
Mulbruk was in a tent on the Surface, and I could not reach her to escape after killing Mother. Couldn't reach the Surface through Gate of Guidance, Spring in the Sky (Bahamut) or Tower of the Goddess (Bronze Mirror door) as they are all blocked during Escape.
This was on a glitchless, no entrance rando seed.
