[FEATURE REQUEST] Discord Server #82

In order to grow the community a bit, it might be good to have a discord to discuss the rando, strats, etc.

There's already a discord server for La-Mulana (both 1 and 2, but in separate channels). I'll add a link to the wiki home page.
