This problem shows up on next run after creating first profile in Pandora's
Box. In
log we can read:

In addition while first running it's not possible to see any items etc. but you
can
watch map window with actual map0,map1,map2... so it's not a wrong path fault.
PS. I have Windows 7 and I've tried to run PB 3.0.0.2 in compatibility mode but
with
no results. I also gave it full access to the system.

This should be fixed with Issue 43, it's not Windows 7 but the Ultima Online
client
path registry key that is missing or is corrupted.

The problem is newer client installs do not add the reg key that pandora
searches for.
If you run this registry file I've included, you'll provide the key pandora
needs and it will start... Took me a while to figure this out, and I greatly
hope it helps...
Download it here:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/31mfqcdw26ey05q/X_pLuFGgxU/FixPB3Load.reg
or as the attachment to this post. Run it then try running PB3 again... You may
still have to select your UO path if it's not perfectly the same as mine, but
at least you'll be able to.
