Notes when PD is Minimized. #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make a Note and Minimize to tray.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: When note’s are viewed again should show  “Urgent to Low” once. 
Instead? Show’s them Twice and corrupts the profile ..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN WinXp

Please provide any additional information below.
If you have Note’s and you minimize PD to Tray, the note’s show a Priority 
twice, if you choose one it corrupts the profile..
