PCM vs MPEG 3 audio

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Starting 03/31 I am seeing seemingly random responses return very large (over 
400k) PCA format audio. Is there any way to limit size or format of the 
response?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting around 20k MPEG 3 format.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using our own UI so server is both fetching and verifying via api.
