Captcha numbers are cut off and not appropriate images

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sometimes the images seen are cut-off and sometimes the images don't have 
numbers or text but instead have some random flower, animal pictures.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
