arabic support #54

can you please make 'ar' avaliable in lang var 
like 
 lang : 'ar',

and this Arabic trsnaltion for Recaptcha 

        custom_translations : { 
            visual_challenge : "أرني نصاً لكتابته بدلاً من الصوت",
            audio_challenge : "أسمعني صوتاً بدلاً من هذه النصوص",
            refresh_btn : "حدث الكتابه للحصول على نص جديد",
            instructions_visual : "أكتب الكلمتين:",
            instructions_audio : "أكتب ماتسمع:",
            help_btn : "مساعده , بالانجليزيه",
            play_again : "تشغيل الصوت مجدداً",
            cant_hear_this : "تحميل الصوت كـ mp3",
            incorrect_try_again : "خطأ, حاول مجدداً."
        }

Yes, Arabic translation will be a great help to develop Arabic content. In 
addition to this CSS should support RTL page direction if arabic is going to be 
supported.
