recaptcha-dotnet-1.0.5.0 bad render of custom_translations #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. VisualStudio 2010 (not important probably)
2. Place control on page
3. In Page_Load set property CustomTranslation to new Dictionary with any values
4. Try.. and error in javascript ocurs (tested on IE7)

PS: on someone browsers like firefox/opera its work good but on IE7
customization part of captcha script fails. captcha still work. but without
customization , translation or theme.

Error is ocured because array custom_translations is not ended properly( after
last item of array is rendered comma )

Good luck and continue in great work :)
