What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play audio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-> it should be in proper language (english) instead it plays into some MIME 
type code which is not understandable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm suffering with the same issue on my site, and any other site I've found 
with ReCaptcha on it also has the same issue.  I haven't found a working 
version yet.

Until a work around is found is it possible to simply remove the audio option, 
either at source or by way of a parameter when building the recaptcha output.

Can't reproduce issue. Audio is transferred as audio/mp3. If this issue is 
about the audio quality/content, then it is not related to client 
plugins/libraries.
