Actually add support for Kick.com streaming site #7

Remade #6 because it closed the PR when I renamed the branch (woops)

All these changes work, I tested them in my own docker image on dockerhub. I copied the values in Dockerfile and docker-entrypoint.sh for Twitch and just modified them for Kick.
