Norwegian section names not appearing #17

I just noticed that in 0.15 sectionnames don't work any more.
If I look in the apk, its strange since the only section file there
is, is the norwegian bokmål

ls org/crosswire/jsword/versification/Sectio*
org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames_nb.properties

and in 0.13 I got this output:
ls ./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/Sectio*
./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames_fa.properties
./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames_in.properties
./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames_nb.properties
./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames.properties
./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames_vi.properties
./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames_zh_CN.properties
./org/crosswire/jsword/versification/SectionNames_zh.properties

JSword now uses a different file for section names and I had not realised
