Czech UI translation

I translated the UI into Czech language.

Attached is the zipped folder 'values-cs' with the translated strings.

Many thanks for this Czech translation of the ui.  I have checked it in and it 
will form part of the next release in a few weeks.

Thanks for the inclusion. When recommending an app for my friends the first 
question usually is if it is in Czech. I'm glad that since next release I can 
say YES for AndBible.

I worry about the translation of the text when selecting from menu a passage. 
In the menu there are book categories (like 'Pentateuch, History, Poetry, Major 
Prophets, etc.).

Where does these strings come from? I didn't find them among strings for ui 
translation. Are they part of the jsword library? Will they be translated to my 
language? These strings are crucial for usability in my native language.
If necessary where could I find those string to translate them?
