No way to navigate the whole bible. #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.No way to change to different books.
2.You forgot to make a way to navigate to other books.
3.There is no page of all the books to the bible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.0 the latest update you did on Feb 15 2014. Android.

Please provide any additional information below.

I was in Psalms when I updated the And Bible. I can only swipe one chapter at a 
time. There is no page in settings with all the books in the bible to navigate 
to. You used to have all the books on one page so that you could pick where you 
wanted to go. How do I get from Psalms to Leviticus????

I discussed directly with user the need to press the passage ref at top left.
