Apocrypha not shown #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install KJV+Apocrypha
2. Go to select a book.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no way to select Maccabees, or others.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version from Fdroid store, Android 2.2.2 (also tested on a 4.3 device)

Yes, display of Apocrypha has not been implemented yet.
