[interhelp #45538] Keep directory user passed in #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. interproscan.sh -dp -i myInput.pep.fa -o myOut -T myDir

output looks fine

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

5.13-52.0

Please provide any additional information below.

it deletes directory user passed in. Please don't do that. It is good it does 
self cleaning but not clean out any file or directory that user has under myDir 
user passed in for -T

Thank you for reporting that, this will be fixed in the next InterProScan 
release 5.14-53.0.
