Support CalDAV #1

As what the subject says, please add support for CalDAV.

securecalendar is only a client app connecting to a server using the gaia protocol.

CalDAV is a different client/server protocol, not sure how to make it work together. As a CalDav client maybe use https://github.com/nextcloud/calendar/
