builder.py : Installation of Controllino boards and Controllino main library, chose board hal depending on platform.
ModbusSerial.cpp : Support for MAXI and MEGA RS485 on Serial3.
Hal files for the different Controllino models (MINI, MAXI, MAXI Automation, MEGA).

Thank you for the PR. Could you please make the same changes on the dev-python3 branch as well? The macOS version of the editor uses that branch instead of the master branch since macOS doesn't support python2 anymore.
