show_modal_on_finish_post pops up at top of post rather than bottom #140

When arriving to the second page the suggested reading modal pops up at the beginning of the page rather than at the end. It seems more logical to allow the user to finish the post without interruption.

Hey @kippfaff , I'm sorry for the late response, I haven't checked the repo for a while.

I'll check that issue when I have a chance.
