Rename Twitter to X #225

Description

With Elon Musk acquisition of Twitter, I figured we should change the icon from Twitter to X and rename it as such. I renamed all cases of twitter to X and got the new X logo from ion-icons https://github.com/ionic-team/ionicons/pull/1371
