This branch adds configuration options for Postscreen, a defensive subsystem in Postfix 2.8 and later that performs various checks on incoming mail connections in order to weed out spambots efficiently. See http://www.postfix.org/POSTSCREEN_README.html for more details.
The first commit alters master.cf as needed to enable Postscreen. The second commit implements some common configuration options for the checks that run before the SMTP greeting is sent. I haven't added any options for the checks that run after the SMTP greeting, but the documentation warns against running those checks anyway. Users who really want them could configure them in $extra_main_parameters.
