I really don't like inline templates. Also, things can be kept simple, without having to manipulate \n characters manually.

Please take a look at commit e9aa17ae1969d991a91c57639ff2141627571a22 and let me know if that works for you!

Inline templates can be a crutch, for sure, but I was just trying to change as little as possible. The commit looks like it achieves the same result so it works for me. Thanks!
