Use mp4 instead of WebM for video #298

H.264 + AAC + MP4 is mode widely supported than VP8 (WebM). This PR makes video playing working on more browsers and mobile devices.

Remaining to do :

Use intelligent algorithm to adapt video player width and height to display
If source video is already an mp4, detect audio and video codec in order to see if a copy is enough, or if we need to reencode (for instance mobile Safari only accept audio AAC codec)
