7 years ago - private instead of public (in Cache-Control, not Pragma) - the user's images might be in a private album;
- max-age vs maxage - was a typo;
- user-configurable max-age - default is still 14 days;
- return 304 instead of 200 when file didn't change;
- don't return ETag header - unnecessary and processing-hungry, since Last-Modified/If-Modified-Since is used.
