Sounds good to me, however two follow-up questions:

Any particular reason to regenerate the constants file? Seems the DB was not updated?
Seems the ref for iri has changed: is that a newer version? I guess it is the version including your IRI fix, but want to confirm?

I didn't regenerate the constants file, I just applied the coding style on it.
I updated the IRI ref to include the following PR https://github.com/iotaledger/iri/pull/776 to be able to test tips.
