Modernizr Uncaught TypeError: Object function Notification() { [native code] } has no method 'bind' #1

I have this issue with modernizr: https://github.com/Modernizr/Modernizr/issues/1014 I corrected it like this https://github.com/Modernizr/Modernizr/blob/master/src/testDOMProps.js#L19

Ok, I wil merge this PR, since Modernizr v3 is still in pre release. Thank you for sharing it. I will probably ship it this week on pmdr.io.
