Upgrade ccm to 3.0.1 #110

Trying to fix the failing integration tests. I don't know if this will make a difference but it doesn't hurt to try.

They all pass on my laptop with ccm==3.0.1, but the only way I know to try in travis is to open a pull-request.

Btw, any specific reason why you clone the repo instead of doing pip install ccm==3.0.1?

I was already trying to in https://github.com/thibaultcha/lua-cassandra/tree/chore/ci :)

I've encountered multiple issues with ccm by the past and the releases lagging behind, I had to clone the repo and checkout non-released commits already.

I'll be closing in favor of #111 (the issue wasn't in the ccm version) - thanks!
