Pending updates to documentation and some more sanity check testing

Since I'm not a US citizen I can't test it by my own but this seems ok for me, I've added the missing ref in the documentation so we can merge this and I'll update the Docker image.

Docker image has now Binance US support madamefleur/tradingview-alerts-processor 🙏 .
