Added country spec Rt based on estimates from yesterday (95%)
Added South Korea and China
Limited deaths in China up to the 24th of Jan
Used Rt estimates from Italy for France
Updated code to handle different parameters per country
Added reportfactory as a dep

Testing

Compiled the report using 10 sims and manually checked.
