Add /ayah command using QuranAPI

Description

This command will retrieve Arabic verses with an English translation of the Quran by specifying the verse number and chapter or get a random verse when no key is given

Implementation Details

• Add a new javascript file in the commands folder
• Use axios to fetch the data from your public API
• Format the data in a readable way and send it to the user
• Use the discord.js docs to get started
