Added new command /list-data-breaches

• [x] Code is formatted correctly
• [x] Code is tested before submitting
• [x] Updated README.md commands list with my new command

Details

Returns the first 5 data breaches as an embeded message in discord channel; selected only first five to not spam channel with hundreds of messages. The command can be updated to output whatever number of breaches desired.
