Add /techy command using Techy-API

Description

This command generates random tech-savvy phrases. It takes no input and is executed only with the use of /techy

Implementation Details

• Add a new javascript file in the commands folder
• Use axios fetch the data from your public API
• Format the data in a readable way and send it to the user
• Use the discord.js docs to get started
