The form didnt display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Compile no error
2.After debug and run, there is nothing display
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is supposed to display the google earth in the window form. But instead, it 
display nothing. Totally blank. When u run the application, it started by 
asking me save the html file with google earth plug in. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I run the FC.GEPluginCtrls in my visual studio 2008 with Window 7 64 bit

additional information: And after I open or save the html file will google 
earth plug in, the window form display Navigation to the webpage was cancelled.

I also try to run the FC.GEPluginCtrls 2 and the same problem happen. 
Please help!!!!

Hi,

The control library is designed to work with .net 4 - the solution is for 
Visual Studio 2010 and later.
The library uses both the .net 4 'dynamic' type and optional parameters and as 
such will not work with earlier versions of the .net framework.
