Other modules require the hash exported by this file. Without this change ocaml-stdcompat-devel.rpm has unresolved dependencies.

"the hash" means "Interfaces imported:" from ocamlobjinfo.

Sorry for having missed this (very old) pull request. Stdcompat__format_s has been added elsewhere in the list in 4481704b. Thanks!
