hdf2nii small issue regarding coordinates #17

Hi Thierry,

having a look at the results in .nii format of a bulktissue simulation. It would appear that only the union of the initial vessel grid with that of the reconstructed tumor vasculature grid is converted to .nii. Is this an easy fix?

just needs another affine transformation - almost as if this became a co-registration problem... I think the key is in the sharedobjects file. I'll have a look and play around with it. Appreciate your time getting back to me!
