Description of the bug

When the input is the same, the output of cec2013 of opunu is inconsistent with the original cec2013 on some functions

Steps To Reproduce

The results of the test using the two libraries were inconsistent

Please update the title to reflect the bug encountered.

Please be more specific: Which functions? Where did you get the cec2013 results for comparison? If possible the values you are seeing for the differences.
