nLTT: for ultrametric trees only? #34

@franciscorichter uses the nLTT statistic on complete trees (that is, that still have their extinct lineages). I wonder if it is OK to use the nLTT statistic on non-ultrametric trees.

What do you think @thijsjanzen ?

If the consensus is that nLTT should only be used on ultrametric trees, this should be checked for
