I am experiencing something similar to this. One player can join and play on the server with no problem, however once one or two more people join, they start experiencing client crashes.
I was experiencing the same, on both Xbox and PC via GamePass. I was finally able to get the game running without crashes when I opened the Palworld loader directly through Windows, as opposed to through the Xbox app. Not positive that this is what resolved it, however I must have crashed 10+ times before attempting this. Something to try.

We tried, and still the same issue :(
If seen this happen a lot since the new update, crash is usually paired with a EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error.
I'm not convinced however this is something I can fix, This seems to be an issue on the Palworld side of things.
They have stated the following in their official discord:
If you DON'T want to reinstall the game
If you want to reinstall the game
※ Note: If you use mods that add custom contents then your save may get corrupted
@thijsvanloef Yup' it doesn't seems to be related to your image specificly I tried another docker image and also without docker (directly launch on my ubuntu server) and we experienced the same
We never played the game, we just begun yesterday when we saw the annoucement for the major update thus, we don't have any mods in our game. So all of our 4 have clean fresh install
@tylerlucas Finnaly it seems to be better to launch without xbox pc launcher
I saw the same comment, and have also had 100% success opening directly from the regular launcher, as opposed to Xbox launcher. Thanks!

Third and fourth player (by order of connection) still got frequent client crash specially the fourth player which can play like 30s before crashing not really enjoyable (even playable)
Hello, i'm not sure if it's related to this docker image
I just wanted to play to palworld with few friends
we never played and the recent major update give us wanted to try
we are 4, and we got the xbox game pass pc version (playing on pc)
i set-up a palword server on my ubuntu server through docker/steamCMD
unfortunately the third and fourth player connected to the server keep crashing (client)
when i said "third" and "fourth" player i mean the order of login (connection) to the server
i've got ryzen 5 5600g + 16gb ram. i don't see why it couldn't handle 4 players
any other people got crash on xbox / game pass pc version ? maybe i can improve some configuration (settings) of the server ? any suggestion ?
