It would be clearer if it was broken down to two bullet points because the repetition of and/or and OR with numbering makes it confusing

The sentences are very short, there is no need to put them in bullet points. The message is clear.

Reason for disagreement: The message might not be clear for first time reader as conjunction "or" is repeated. Furthermore, you have added numbered bullet points inline which adds to the confusion. It could have been simply broken down into two lines.
