Team's Response

Very rare that a user would want to add two people with the same username but with different capitalization, so it is low. Definitely not high since it does not make the product unusable, nor medium because it does not cause inconvenience occasionally. The inconvenience, if any, is rare and minor, so the severity should be low.

This is not a feature flaw either, so we reject this.

Items for the Tester to Verify

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I agree that the severity should not be high, since it does not make the application unusable. However, considering the considering the Guidelines for Bug triaging under PE we have to consider case sensitivity as feature flaw. Furthermore, the github username is real life entity which cannot be assigned to two contacts (given the case changes). According to your application it would be mean, two or more people can have the github username which would not be the case in real life.
