Add CBR, CBZ book support #12

Please don't feel obliged to merge this, I'm just opening this PR if someone wants it.

I also couldn't find a better regex to get the first cover image of books that aren't numbered nicely, but this works for almost all

Hi,

First of all, sorry for the lack of response. Life basically got in the way for me to do anything coding related. Secondly, thank you for the commitment. This merge request is more or less obsolete now due to the current code design from commit 3372889d5bfd65cb590e2e3411813ec98676a392

Feel free to update the CBR,CBZ support and make a new request or even better, make a patch file.
