feat: use new multi layer meta-tedge repo

Update the projects to use the new combined meta-tedge repository which combines meta-tedge-bin with meta-tedge.

Related changes

• renamed the rauc demo to be consistent with the mender demo.
• add lock files for all projects (to make the projects reproducible)
• added apt package manager by default to the demo images to add improved insight into what is included in the image at runtime
