Investigate support for Raspberry Pi 5 and RAUC using uboot mixin for scarthgap #27

The qbee instructions indicate that building a RAUC enabled image for a Raspberry Pi 5 should be possible with the help of the u-boot mixin (for Yocto scarthgap at least):

Check the viability of this solution, or if a newer u-boot release will be made to support these natively.
