deprecate: remove c8y command example #61

Proposed changes

The c8y command operation handler has been moved to its own repository, https://github.com/thin-edge/c8y-command-plugin. The repository also publishes a production package than can be installed via the thin-edge.io cloudsmith community repository, https://cloudsmith.io/~thinedge/repos/community/packages/?q=name%3A%27%5Ec8y-command-plugin%24%27.
