UTC divergence between 'absolute timeframe' selection and the result calculated in 'bucket reading' #31

The 'bucket-read' node's datetime picker reports the period in UTC -03:00 (my browser's time zone), but the 'bucket-read.js' (with function 'spread') javascript calculates the result as if it were in UTC 00:00
