Currently, it is possible to set the position of the widget horizontally, but it is not allowed to set the position vertically using the mouse. By default, the Dashboard forces the widget to the top (see video).
Current behavior limits (and hinders) Dashboard construction.
The expected behavior would be that the Dashboard allows adjusting the widget vertically, as well as horizontally.
